When you enquire, ask for a quotation or become a customer, we may collect your name, contact details, property address, project information, correspondence and records needed to quote for and deliver the work.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits, prepare quotations, perform or take steps towards a contract, manage projects, issue invoices, keep business records and meet legal obligations. The usual lawful bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.
Information may be shared where necessary with Q1 Dekor staff and contractors involved in the work, professional advisers, IT and email providers, and authorities where legally required. Contact-form data is checked by Akismet for spam before it is sent to Q1 Dekor.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Q1 Dekor should confirm each provider’s location and the transfer safeguard used before publishing this notice.
